I’m the guy who’s voluntarily returned to the rags stage after quite a successful run in the traditional business world. I’m the guy who has the normal struggles in life. You can use my story as your life case study. The human test subject of internet marketing strategies & methods, the test subject of the shiny push button, the guy who has been coping/pasting and may come out successful…. Or may not. I am committed to sharing with you the best money making ides…strategies, tips, and tactics that will help you quickly, safely, and steadily build a job-replacing income online.

As you know, there are hundreds of thousands of strategies out there and there’s more & more new ones coming out every day, most of them all filling you with the same promises.

If you’re anything like me, you will have bought at least 2 of these methods, tested them only to find that they don’t work for you.

You get sucked into the next method as the theory looks realistic and the results look amazing. You try it for a few days and find that you may actually be losing money on additional costs (paid traffic, hosting etc.)

By now you’re pretty fed up with the whole system and actually start to doubt that anyone (apart from the guru’s) can actually make any money online.

That’s what I think anyway and I’m pretty sure that I’m not alone with my opinion…. Yet I’m curious, I have had moderate success in the past online and I know other people are doing this and being very successful and I want to know how.

So here’s my story:

At the time of this writing, I’m 61 years old and I’m originally from Paso Robles California in the US. I currently live in Salt Lake City, Utah and have been here since late 2012.

Why Utah? It’s a long story. After graduating college, I landed a job with the Federal Government and spent more than a decade with them. I must have shown some potential as they sent me to school twice, once to American University and the other to Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Using this schooling, I was able to develop a program that the US Government still uses to move material and people all over the world. Not liking a change in administration every few years, I left the government and struck out on my own.

I got into business. Yep, you guessed it. I got into franchising, not as a franchisee paying all the fees, but as a franchisor receiving the fees and developing the programs. This went well and was very lucrative. I soon learned that all good things run their course and what was popular soon began to fade and you find yourself working twice as hard to keep the same lifestyle. With all the stress of the business, my marriage began to fall apart which cause more stress and difficulty. I eventually sold the business at a loss and got a divorce. Now, having nothing and no one wanting to hire an older person, I was drowning. I had nowhere to go. My elderly mother lived in Utah, so I convinced myself that she needed help, so off to Utah I went. The changing seasons and the many outdoor adventures had me hooked and I am here to stay.

I wanted to find a way to make a good wage and have freedom to enjoy this beautiful state.
One of the options that I got straight into was affiliate marketing.

I bought an eBook from clickbank which taught the basics of making a commission by promoting other people’s products.

The Clickbank-

This was my first attempt at affiliate marketing. I signed up as an affiliate and picked a product to promote.
Everyone at the time was talking about landing pages to send traffic to those pages. But, I figured, why not just use my link to drive traffic to.

I spent a year sending traffic via social media to many different products from my affiliate links. Guess what? No results. I did succeed in getting the product owners leads. Finally, I found a mentor. He explained the Capture Page, Bridge Page, and the Offer Page. He taught me Email marketing, Social Media marketing, and most important follow-up. Wow! I was getting leads and eventually sales. I began to rinse and repeat everything and now I am making a consistent income and have the freedom to do the things I want and enjoy.
